Every dairy product we use is Chalav Yisrael — cheese, butter, cream, milk, every dressing. No exceptions.

Flour milled from grain that took root before the previous Passover, per the biblical prohibition of chadash. A sourcing discipline most kosher kitchens skip because it requires explicit yashan certification.
All our flour is Kemach Yashan — pizza dough, pasta, breading, every dessert pastry.

A 'continuous' kashrut supervisor — physically present every hour food is prepared, not a visiting inspector. The supervisor vets deliveries, kindles the ovens, and watches the line in real time.
We have a mashgiach on the floor every hour we're open — Sun–Thu noon to 2 AM and Saturday post-Shabbat to 2 AM.
Yes, the entire menu is kosher, certified by OK Kosher. Tiberias is a dairy and fish kitchen with no meat. Fish is the only animal protein, served alongside cheese, cream sauces, wood-fired pizza, and pasta. Keeping the kitchen meat-free is what lets dairy run through every dish.

Yes. Every dairy product at Tiberias is Cholov Yisroel — cheese, butter, cream, milk, sour cream, every dressing, every shake. We do not stock or use any Cholov Stam dairy.
Yes. Every flour-based item at Tiberias uses Kemach Yashan — pizza dough, pasta, breading, dessert pastries. The standard is listed on the OK Kosher certificate alongside our other stringencies.
Yes — Mashgiach Temidi means a supervisor is on site every hour we're operating. Sun–Thu noon to 2 AM and Saturday post-Shabbat to 2 AM. Closed Friday for Shabbat.
