These terms govern your use of tiberiasnyc.com(the “Site”), the public website of Tiberias Restaurant. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Who we are

What the Site does

The Site is informational. It describes our menu, hours, kosher standards, location, and catering capabilities, and provides a contact form for inquiries. We do not currently process orders, payments, or reservations directly through the Site. Instead, we link to a third-party reservation platform and to online-ordering platforms (GetSauce, Uber Eats, DoorDash, and Grubhub). When you follow one of those links you leave the Site and the third party's own terms govern the transaction.

Accuracy of information

We make every reasonable effort to keep menu items, prices, hours, and kosher-supervision details current, but the Site is provided on an “as is” basis. Menu offerings and prices may change without notice. The authoritative source for any specific item or price on a given visit is the menu in the dining room or the third-party ordering platform at the time of the order.

Kosher supervision

Tiberias is supervised by OK Kosher Certification under Chalav Yisrael, Kemach Yashan, and Mashgiach Temidi standards. The certificate is renewed periodically; the most current certification is available on request and may be verified directly with OK Kosher.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Submit false, misleading, or unlawful information through the contact or catering forms.
• Attempt to interfere with, probe, or compromise the Site or any underlying infrastructure.
• Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to harvest content, images, or contact data, except for standard search-engine crawling.
• Reproduce or republish material from the Site (photos, copy, design) without our prior written permission.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the Tiberias name and logo, photography, written copy, and visual design — is owned by Tiberias Restaurant or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share individual page links freely. Any other reuse requires our written permission.

Third-party links

Links to third-party platforms (GetSauce, Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, Google Maps, social media, and our reservation platform) are provided for convenience. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiberias Restaurant and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Site, including loss of data or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to the greater of fifty US dollars ($50) or the amount you paid us in the past twelve months for any service ordered directly through the Site (which, today, is zero).

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Tiberias Restaurant harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party arising out of your misuse of the Site or breach of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

We may revise these terms from time to time. The current version is always the one posted at this URL with the “Last updated” date above.
